Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ZeroNote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
ZeroNote grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
This license is for a one-time purchase. Once purchased, you own the right to use the App indefinitely, including all future updates.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Transfer your license to another person
Your Content
You retain all rights to the notes and content you create using ZeroNote. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up your content. We cannot recover lost data.
Purchases and Refunds
ZeroNote is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard refund process. We cannot process refunds directly.
Updates
We may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. Your purchase includes all future updates at no additional cost.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroNote and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
